Book refund policy of Greatest Story Creative LLC:

If your book arrives damaged, we will offer to replace it or initiate a full refund of your purchase, per your preference. To let us know about an issue, please email us at team@greateststorycreative.com within 30 calendar days of your purchase (and attach screenshots of damage if possible).
Also, as a small business, we want you to know you are welcome to return any book you purchase from us within 30 calendar days of your purchase by following the policies outlined below, providing that the book is still in “new” condition. (Books in other conditions and personally signed books - books signed to a specific person’s name - are ineligible for refunds.)
To request a refund for a book in new condition, please email team@greateststorycreative.com within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The team will reply with an attached pre-paid shipping label that you may print and use to ship your book(s) back to Greatest Story Creative LLC within 7 business days of receiving your label from us via email.
Greatest Story Creative LLC will process your refund upon both physically receiving your book and verifying that it is still in new condition. We will email you a confirmation of this status and if eligible, we will confirm that we have initiated the refund process.
Once a refund is initiated on our end, your receipt of funds is subject to the timing/procedures dictated by the banking institutions involved in the transaction and beyond the control of Greatest Story Creative LLC. Please note this can sometimes take 10-15 business days per the relevant financial institutions’ policies.
Any books that are found to not be in new condition (and thus ineligible for return) can be mailed back to you should you choose to pay for shipping. Otherwise, such books will be donated. With consideration of our costs (lost payment processing fees, sunk shipping costs), we sincerely ask that you don’t ship us books that are in anything other than new condition and that you carefully pack your book for return so that it arrives in good condition.
All refund requests made after 30 days of your purchase or that otherwise do not follow the above terms are ineligible for refund.
