To get the most value out of this experience for your business, plan to attend all 6 core live sessions and save at least 2 hours outside of the sessions to both watch the bite-size videos and do the pre-work/templates in each of the weekly learning modules. (Alumni spent an average of 2 hours outside of the live sessions per week, for context.)

Over the 5 weeks that this program will run, between both live events and offline learning/exercises, you’ll invest about approximately 3 to 3.5 hrs a week (or 15-20 hrs total) to get a clearer elevator pitch, nail down a branded service, make it visual, gain strategies to sell it, and make a plan to start promoting it!

Package Your Process™ Accelerator is instructor-guided (by Annie Franceschi) with between-session, self-paced online learning (bite-size videos with templates).

The 3 module-specific sessions will be Q&A + hot seats.

There is no live teaching at the live sessions, so it’s key to do the weekly module + related pre-work ahead of time (at your convenience) to get the most out of sessions with Annie.

Lessons will be released weekly, so you won’t feel pressure to do too much on any one week and you can get a headstart on Module 1 if you want it.

Then you’ll have access to the lessons post-workshop, so you can revisit the modules, keep tweaking, etc.

FYI:

• You can start on Module 1 one week early if you’d like to get a headstart, but you don’t have to

• There’ll be a kickoff session to get you set up at the beginning

• Then for 3 weeks, you’ll do one module per week on your own time then attend a live session with me for hot seats + Q&A on each specific module.

• (Wide-ranging strategies) We’ll teach you several sleaze-free sales and promotional strategies + give you templates (like email templates) that are not dependent upon having a business website, sales page, or fancy branding - though we’ll certainly touch on ways to leverage such things if you have them already!) - Examples: tips for hosting free consultations via Zoom, using your 1-pagers in presentations and networking, and more!

If you already have some pieces of your branding and/or website in place- awesome! You’ll be able to leverage them using what we teach in Package Your Process™ Accelerator.

Since this is a workshop and not a done-for-you service, we recommend that you be comfortable using Google Documents as well as the free design software, Canva (canva.com) as all main visual templates will be hosted/edited there.

Beyond that, basic technical ability to do things like access an online course platform (Podia), zoom meetings, and send/write emails will be helpful.

Lastly, the more business experience and marketing experience you have, the easier/quicker/more effective your efforts will be - as true of any business growth program.
